Program Overview
The Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine gathers top clinical, teaching and scientific research resources. It is one of the largest hepatobiliary and pancreatic centers in China. It has comprehensive and high-quality learning opportunities and receives hundreds of medical workers in the field of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery from both home and abroad every year.
During the study period, we will provide you with systematic theoretical training and various practical opportunities so that you can expand your vision to the latest cutting-edge progress and improve your knowledge system. By participating in the nursing practice of radical pancreatic cancer combined with small bowel auto-transplantation, liver transplantation and other critically ill patients with difficult liver, gallbladder and pancreas diseases, you will comprehensively improve the level of professional nursing.

Training Objectives

Program Duration
The program provides a full-time, 1-month training experience. In special circumstances, arrangements can be made for other lengths of training depending on your needs and interests.
Target Audience & Qualifications
fellows:To be eligible for the Nursing Fellowship, applicants must have successfully completed a nursing residency program at an institution that is accredited.
residents:Registered nurses from hospitals worldwide, holding a formal diploma (or higher degree) from an accredited nursing school, with at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and possessing a valid nursing license.

Training schedule:Two-week training program provides a comprehensive and structured approach to learning about non-biological artificial liver treatment, with a balance of theoretical instruction, observational learning, and practical simulation, ensuring participants gain a thorough understanding of the field.
FIRST Week:
Monday

· Understanding Non-Biological Artificial Liver Treatment

· Clinical Treatment Modalities - Plasma Exchange: Observe and learn about plasma exchange in clinical practice.
