Program Overview

Therapeutic angiogenesis after cerebral infarction could promote the recovery of neurological function. This project plans to conduct a retrospective analysis of the clinical significance of LncRNA RMST and miR-9-5p in patients with cerebral infarction, and to investigate the role and molecular mechanism of LncRNA RMST/miR-9-5p in angiogenesis after cerebral infarction by techniques such as cell transfection, microarray analysis and co-immunoprecipitation, combined with cell and animal models. The research may provide a new target for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
