REN Jingjing
Department of General Practice
REN Jingjing, Chief of the Department of General Practice at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, holds a Ph.D. in General Practice, is a Chief Physician in General Practice, and a Ph.D. supervisor in the same field. She is the initiator of the First Affiliated Hospital General Practice Alliance, the principal investigator of a "13th Five-Year Plan" national science and technology major project, and leads the first national multicenter real-world study on MUD in general practice in China. She is the recipient of the 2019 Wu Jie Ping General Practice Physician Award.
Currently, she serves as a national committee member of the General Practice Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the director of the General Practice Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, the director of the General Practice MUD Committee of Zhejiang Mathematical Medical Society, a standing committee member of the General Practice Branch of the Cross-Strait Medical and Health Exchange Association, an executive committee member of the General Practice Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a member of the Expert Committee on General Practice Physician Education and Training of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the deputy director of the General Practice Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Health, and the vice president of the Public Health Service Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society. She is also the chief editor of the residency training question bank for the Chinese Medical Education, the deputy chief editor of the "General Practice Question Bank of Chinese Medical Education Question Bank" published by the People's Medical Publishing House, and the editor-in-chief of the "Community Health Service Management" volume. With over twenty years of experience in general practice clinical work, teaching, and research, she has studied at institutions such as West Virginia University in the United States and the General Practice Education and Training Center in Western Australia. She has presided over several research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, won the first prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, first prize of provincial teaching achievements, and second prize of national teaching achievements. She has published over a hundred articles, edited numerous books and textbooks, and serves as the deputy editor-in-chief of the "Chinese Journal of General Practice" and an editorial board member and peer-review expert for several journals.
