Dr. He is a Chief Physician in the Department of Hematology at The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. With nearly 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic diseases, she specializes in multiple myeloma, malignant lymphoma, and other hematologic malignancies. As a Master’s Supervisor, she is actively involved in clinical education and research. She has led several national and provincial research projects and authored multiple publications in SCI-indexed journals.
