Biography
Dr. Sun was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of China in 1974. She was graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1996 with an M.D degree and was graduated as Ph.D. from the Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2004. She has been working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine since 2004 and was hired as an associate professor and master tutor of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2006. During 2010-2012, with a Financial aid of the "New Star program" of Zhejiang University and China Scholarship Council she worked as a visit scholar at OHRI institute of the Medical School of Ottawa University and Hematology Department of the General Hospital of Ottawa, Canada for 2 years. After back from Canada, she was promoted as attending physician and chose myeloid malignant as her major interest. Due to her outstanding work performance, she was selected as one of the Top 100 Medical Teacher Programs of Zhejiang University in 2013. Till now, she received funding from two National Natural Science Foundations, published 9 SCI papers as first author and corresponding author and trained 6 master students. Her researches focus on targeted and immunotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia.
