Since graduating from the hematology major in 2001, I have been working in the clinical front line and have skillfully mastered the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the hematology department. I have rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of anemia and acute leukemia in hematological system, the stratified treatment strategy of multiple myeloma and the molecular targeted therapy of malignant lymphoma. As the project leader, I presided over one general project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project funded by National Health Commission. As a major participant, I joined two projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, and one key project funded by provincial and ministry co-construction. As the first author, I published more than ten papers in SCI and domestic first-class journals.
