With over 20 years of clinical experience in hematology, Dr. Zheng has a profound understanding of the pathogenesis and therapeutic principles of blood disorders. She actively adopts the most advanced international diagnostic and therapeutic methods and technologies, leveraging the mature and comprehensive hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular immunotherapy technology platform of our center. By integrating research achievements from interdisciplinary fields such as genomics, cytogenetics, immunology, and stem cell science, Dr. Zheng designs and implements scientific, rational, and standardized treatment plans for patients. Additionally, she implements comprehensive management to reduce treatment risks and complications, significantly improving and enhancing patient outcomes and long-term survival. As a senior expert at the hospital's complex disease consultation center, Dr. Zheng have led and participated in over 200 multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions for complex diseases across the hospital and led or participated in the rescue of over 100 critically ill patients. She is also dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of rare and complex hematologic diseases, as well as the genetic diagnosis of monogenic disorders, emerging therapies, and genetic counseling.
Dr. Zheng contributed to the compilation of the "2015 China Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gaucher Disease," the "China Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Gaucher Disease (2020)," and the "China Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Porphyria (2020)."
