Dr. Luo Wenzong works as an attending in cardiovascular surgery department, the 1st hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University since 2020. Graduated from Zhejiang University in 2007, dr. Luo finished his fellowship perfection in Montreal Heart Institut(Montreal, Canada) under the mentors, the professor Ismail El-Hamamsy and the professor Phillipe Demers in complex aortic surgery(2018-2020). During this period, dr. Luo developed a point of expertise in the field of aortic valve repair( tricuspid and bicuspid), aortic root replacement with Valve sparing(Yacoub Procedure and Tiron David procedure) procedure of ROSS, and surgical treatments for coronary diseases. His main practice is presently focusing on these surgical techniques and the perioperative treatments for the patients of aortic valve or aorta diseases.
