Biography
Dr. Zhao Haige, is currently associate senior surgeon, deputy director of Cardiovascular surgery Center and Heart transplantation Center in First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1999, and performed post-doctoral research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, from September 2007 to September 2010, for three years. In 2012, he was selected by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Health to visit and study cardiovascular surgery in Indiana University School of Medicine in March. In 2016, he visited the top-ranked Cleveland Medical Center and the third-ranked New York Presbyterian Hospital in the United States for study of cardiovascular surgery, learning from Dr. Joseph Sabik, the director of cardiovascular surgery in Cleveland, and Dr. Yoshifumi Naka, the internationally renowned heart transplantation master. He has published dozens of papers. He presided multiple national natural science foundation projects and Zhejiang provincial natural science foundation projects.
