Biography

Dr. Ding Chenyan is an Associate Senior Physician who has been working in the Department of Emergency Medicine at FAHZU since 1998. Throughout his career, he has treated over a thousand patients with paraquat pesticide poisoning. He possesses extensive expertise in poisoning prevention and treatment, with a particular focus on rescuing and treating pesticide poisoning cases involving paraquat, organophosphates, and glyphosate. Dr. Ding has achieved a high success rate in preventing and treating various chemical poisonings, including hydrogen sulfide, lead, and nitrophenol. He has played a key role as the technical leader of the expert group in handling public emergencies related to poisoning on multiple occasions.


Dr. Ding excels in cardiopulmonary and cerebral resuscitation, post-resuscitation treatment, and the management of multiple organ failure. He is highly skilled in cardiovascular emergency treatment, as well as the prevention, treatment, and management of poisoning and occupational diseases.
