Biography
Pro. Zhu was graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1985, and received Master degree in Anesthesiology in 1998, PhD in 2003. She visited as fellow Osaka City University Hospital in Japan, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harverd University, USA, et al. Since 1985, she worked in Department of Anesthesiology, First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. From 2003, she acted as Director of dept. of anesthesiology. At present, Pro Zhu is the Chairman of Anesthesia Branch for Day Surgery of the Chinese society of cardiothoracic anesthesia, the Committee member of Chinese Society of Aneasthesiology (CSA), and the Committee member of Chinese Association of Aneasthesiologyists(CAA).
Pro. Zhu is good at Anesthesia skill for various surgeries. And her major research interests are brain protection, and protection of other vital organ function perioperatively in patients undergoing liver transplantation, and pain management. In 2010, her research and clinical applications of anesthesia technique on liver transplantation surgery was awarded the Second Prize of Improvement in Science & Technology, Zhejiang Province.
