Dr. Zhang specializes in clinical and basic research on hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Over the years, he completes nearly 300 cases of surgery on hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer every year. He is excellent on minimally invasive surgery on hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease. He has published more than 20 original papers in SCI-cited journals including top journals in the field of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. He has chaired and participated several projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and Provincial Natural Science Foundation.
