Biography
Doctoral supervisor in Zhejiang University. Dr. Ruan obtained Ph.D. in 1997. Trained at Luebeck University in Germany from 1999 to 2000. As leader to launch the studies of 5 national projects. Made a great achievements in the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and control of infectious diseases.
