I worked currently as senior attending and deputy director of the Critical Care Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine since graduation from Zhejiang University School of Medicine. I have practised clinical medicine on critical care domain for over 30 years and accumulated expertise through treated various types of shock, severe sepsis, multiple organ failure and other critical diseases with high success rate. In addition, I had also participated in the contigence rescure actions on public health such as type A influenza, avian influenza and Kunshan explosion etc. In response to the government call of medical resource descended to bottom communities, I took part in the establishment of the ICU in local hospital and enriched experience in department management.
