Dr. RUAN Jian is a Chief Physician, Researcher, and Doctoral Supervisor. He has been recognized with several prestigious titles, including Zhejiang Provincial Health Innovative Talent, Distinguished Young Medical Talent of Guangdong Province, and was recruited under the "Zhejiang University Clinical Hundred Talents Program."

With over a decade of experience in medical oncology, he specializes in the comprehensive treatment of malignancies of the respiratory and digestive systems.

In the past five years, Dr. Ruan has published more than 50 SCI-indexed papers, including over 30 as corresponding author, first author, or co-first author. He has led five national-level research projects, one "Leading Goose" R&D Program of Zhejiang Province, and one General Program from the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation. Additionally, he has contributed to four academic books, serving as Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Application and Nursing of Tumor Biological and Molecular Targeted Therapy and as a compiler for Tumor Biotherapy, Recent Advances in Tumor Biotherapy, and Integrative Oncology.
