As a senior neurosurgeon, Dr. Yang has been working on neurotrauma, neurocritical care, intracranial hemorrhage and other neurosurgical fields for decades. Dr. Yang is well experienced in emergent and long-term treatment of different kinds of neurosurgical disorders, especially traumatic brain injury and its complications. Dr. Yang is also dedicated to basic and clinical research works of neurotrauma and restoration and has multiple academic memberships. Research works have been published on LANCET NEUROLOGY, J NEUROSURGE, J NEUROTRAUMA and other academic journals.
