Associate Senior Physician of the urology department. Have intensive interest in urology oncology research, especially in prostate cancer. Focus on minimal invasive surgery. Have extensive experience in clinical trials and have participated in more than 30 clinical trials as sub-investigator. Half of them are multicentric and global trials. In 2011, won the bronze medal in the skills competition of national youth urologists sponsored by Chinese Urology Association (CUA) and Chinese School of Urology (CSU). In 2011, won the bronze medal in the speech competition of national youth urologists sponsored by Chinese Urology Association (CUA). In 2012, won the golden medal in the speech competition of national youth urologists sponsored by Bayer.
