Dr. Tan received the Doctor’s degree from Zhejiang University in 2003. He is engaged in urological clinical work and basic research for more than 20 years. His annual number of operations is more than 700. He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi, tumors and prostate diseases and is skilled in the application of percutaneous nephroscopy, ureteroscopy, laparoscopy and other minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of urinary calculi and tumors. He has unique insights in percutaneous nephroscopy for the treatment of complex kidney stones. In recent years, he has published more than 20 papers, including 7 SCI papers, and presided over 3 projects of the natural science foundation of Zhejiang province.
