Biography
WANG Lei is a Doctoral Supervisor, Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor in the department of Radiation Oncology. She got her PhD. degree in 2014 and attained the National Doctoral Scholarship. From 2014 to 2018, she worked at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard medical school as a post-doctoral research fellow in neurosurgery. Her adviser, Dr. Robert L. Martuza is a member of the America National Academy of Medicine. Her research work focus on the development of Oncolytic Herpes Simplex Virus-1 for solid cancer therapy. She presided over several scientific research grants including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) since 2019.
