Dr. Dong earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Zhejiang University and serves as an Associate Chief Physician at the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
She was awarded one National Natural Science Foundation for Young Scholars and has participated in multiple national key research projects and NSFC General Programs. Dr. Dong has published several SCI-indexed papers as first author. Her abstracts have been selected for presentation at major international conferences, including the American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting and the International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) Conference.
