Dr. Lai was graduated from Zhejiang University in 2003 with an M.D. degree and got her Ph.D. degree in 2009. She has worked as a physician in the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine since 2009, and primarily engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic diseases. She specializes in clinical research on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and stem cell biology. As the project leader, she has led two projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and two projects under the Provincial Natural Science Foundation.
