Biography

Dr. YAO is a Chief Physician (Senior Attending Physician) with more than 25 years of clinical experience in comprehensive oral healthcare. She received formal medical and dental training at Zhejiang University and subsequently completed postdoctoral training at the University of Kentucky, USA. She has devoted her career to the diagnosis and management of complex oral diseases.

Dr. Yao Hua specializes in the integrated management of complex and challenging cases involving periodontal diseases, endodontic and tooth-related conditions, and oral mucosal diseases. With experience across these interrelated specialties, she adopts a comprehensive diagnostic approach, with the aim of identifying underlying factors and addressing conditions in a coordinated manner rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.

Her clinical practice is guided by the principles of evidence-based dentistry, interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term disease management, with careful consideration given to each patient’s individual clinical circumstances.
