Dr. Dong is a Chief Physician and holds a Ph.D. from Zhejiang University School of Medicine. She completed advanced training at the internationally renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, USA. Dr. Dong has authored over 20 publications in domestic and international journals and has led or participated in multiple research projects.

With extensive experience in cataract and vitrectomy surgeries, having performed nearly ten thousand procedures, she specializes in complex cataract surgery, refractive cataract surgery, and the surgical management of diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and macular diseases.

1. Over ten thousand cases of cataract and vitreoretinal surgery experience, with proficient technique and notable clinical outcomes.

2. Complex Posterior Segment Surgery: Skilled in minimally invasive surgical treatment for retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, macular holes, and epiretinal membranes, with a high success rate.

3. Refractive Cataract Surgery:

· Femtosecond laser–assisted cataract phacoemulsification (precise, safe, and rapid recovery)
