As a new generation of neurosurgeon proficient in both microscope technology and neuroendoscopy, he has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of intracranial diseases using minimally invasive neuroendoscopic surgery. He is particularly skilled in transnasal and transorbital minimally invasive endoscopic surgery (without craniotomy and leaving no scar) for treating skull base diseases (pituitary tumors, Rathke's cleft cysts, craniopharyngiomas, chordomas, orbital tumors, anterior/middle cranial fossa meningiomas, cavernous hemangiomas, trigeminal schwannomas), as well as endoscopic mini-incision minimally invasive surgery (microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia/facial spasm, Endoport surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage/intraventricular tumors). He was the first in Zhejiang Province to carry out pituitary tumor day surgery based on day wards (2018) and to establish a pituitary tumor specialist outpatient clinic (2020.11.18). He has helped a growing number of patients with pituitary tumors from both inside and outside the province to overcome their lifelong pituitary disorders. The patients range in age from 16 to 86 years old, and their cases have been reported by multiple provincial-level satellite TV stations nationwide, achieving positive social feedback.
