Dr. Yu graduated from the School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, with a doctoral degree, and has been working in the Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine since graduation.

Dr. Yu has extensive clinical experience in the minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of neurosurgical diseases, and is proficient in the minimally invasive treatment of intracranial tumors and cerebrovascular diseases. He also has rich experience in smokers' disease revascularization (bypass surgery), carotid endarterectomy, surgical treatment of brain tumors and traumatic brain injury, as well as microvascular decompression for cranial nerves.

Dr. Yu has won honors and titles including the Third Prize in the Precise Clipping of Intracranial Aneurysms, the First Prize in the Intracranial Meningioma Resection Competition, Outstanding Educator, and Advanced Worker of Zhejiang University.
