Chixin Du, M.D. is a Clinical Professor of ophthalmology and graduate school supervisor of Zhejiang University, School of Medicine. She once worked for a year at Bascom Palmer eye institute, the most famous eye hospital in the United States. She has been long engaged in the clinic, research and education, and specializes in various complicated and refractive-corrected cataract surgery, refractive Laser surgery (Trans-PRK, LASIK and Femtosecond Laser), Implantable Contact Lens (ICL) surgery for high myopia. She is also expert in applications of contact lens and Orthokeratology. Her research interests include the studies of the pathological mechanism of myopia and eye imaging & Angiography technique.
