As an ear surgeon, I am skilled in all kinds of middle ear and inner ear surgery(tympanoplasty,cochlear implants,etc.) under microscope and endoscope, and good at the surgical treatment of deafness, vertigo and lateral skull base lesions.Up to now, nearly 100 cases of lateral skull base surgery have been completed, including the removal of benign and malignant temporal bone tumors, surgical management of otogenic intracranial and extracranial complications,resection of acoustic neuromas and glomus jugular tumors.I am a very kind man, showing great enthusiasm and patience not only to my colleagues, but also to patients. I`d like to share my clinical experiences and views about how to choose the most appropriate therapic methods with residents and fellows.
