Treatments and Services

It provides diagnosis and treatment for common diseases (psoriasis, acne, urticaria, etc.) and rare diseases (Netherton syndrome, pyoderma gangrenosum), achieving accurate diagnosis via professional pathological reading and effective treatment with biologics.

A key feature is same-day completion of multiple treatments for outpatients, including routine dermatological procedures, phototherapies, laser therapies, cryotherapy, etc. Notably, the department regularly performs surgical resections of benign and malignant skin tumors, which require advance appointments due to necessary pre-operative evaluations (e.g., imaging, laboratory tests) and preparations. It has specialized clinics and diagnostic services (dermoscopy, fungal examinations, etc.), with an independent ward for severe cases.

Research & Innovation

The department has published over 200 SCI papers (total IF >500) in top journals, participated in 100+ multi-center trials, and hosted 10+ national and 20+ provincial research projects.

It actively conducts IITs on pyoderma gangrenosum, refractory vitiligo, etc., providing insights for clinical practice and standard-setting, promoting integration of research and clinical care.

As a core educational base, it undertakes multi-level teaching tasks, serving as a national residency training base and director unit of provincial dermatology training quality control center.
