On June 5, 2026, a nursing delegation from Kiang Wu Hospital in Macao visited the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (FAHZU), for an exchange on nursing management and high-quality care.

The visit was hosted by the Nursing Department of FAHZU. WANG Huafen, Assistant President of FAHZU and Director of the Nursing Department, delivered welcome remarks. LU Fangyan, Executive Deputy Director of the Nursing Department, introduced the development of FAHZU and its nursing discipline. The delegation also shared an overview of Kiang Wu Hospital and its nursing practice.

During the visit, both sides exchanged views on nursing quality and safety, nursing education and talent development, informatics, smart care, and specialist nursing practice. The delegation also visited clinical and operational areas, including the smart system, inpatient wards, intensive care units, and outpatient clinics.

The visit strengthened mutual understanding between the nursing teams of FAHZU and Kiang Wu Hospital. It also provided a meaningful platform for deepening nursing collaboration between Zhejiang and Macao, promoting shared learning, professional exchange, and high-quality development in patient-centered care.
