Founded in 1957, Gottsegen Hungarian Institute of Cardiology is the only medical center in Hungary that focuses on heart disease. As the leading cardiology institution responsible for clinical work, teaching and research in Hungary, the center covers the whole field of pediatrics and adult cardiology, and provides first-class services in the aspects of care for heart patients, scientific research, medical education and medical data collection.
In June 2019, FAHZU signed a memorandum of understanding with Gottsegen Hungarian Institute of Cardiology. The two sides aim to establish a long-term exchange and exchange mechanism for medical personnel based on their respective clinical research advantages, to strengthen joint research and promote technological innovation and clinical transformation in cardiovascular and other fields and to carry out telemedicine cooperation on a regular basis.
