FAHZU-Uzsoki Hospital Cooperation Program

Uzsoki Hospital, Hungary is a teaching hospital of Semmelweis University and a clinical pilot hospital designated by the Hungarian Ministry of Health. In May, 2017, FAHZU signed a memorandum of understanding with Uzsoki Hospital. Both sides confirmed to build joint centers in multi-disciplinary fields, and strengthen in-depth cooperation in building telemedicine platforms and conducting case discussions. In September 2017, the two parties jointly declared and approved the special science and technology cooperation project "the belt and road initiative" of Zhejiang Science and Technology Plan Project. In February 2018, the Innovation Research Center for Early Diagnosis Technology of Severe Liver Disease was established in FAHZU. In June, 2019, the center was officially opened in Uzsoki Hospital, which also marked the real blossoming of innovative research in the field of severe liver disease between the two sides.
